The following prices are based on a per week basis for 2004

Short breaks are available Sept to June at the following prices:

£45 per night with a minimum stay of two nights.
£120 three nights Weekend breaks – Fri, Sat and Sunday
£150 four night midweek breaks – Mon, Tue, Wed and Thursday.

Terms and Conditions.

A non returnable deposit of £40 is required to secure a booking. Balance due is payable 21 days before the commencement of your holiday. Full payment will be required for holidays booked within 28 days before holiday commencement. Ivy House is available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Price includes gas and electric. Bed linen is not included but can be provided for an extra £10 per week/stay.
The proprietors cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to visitors personal belongings during their stay at Ivy House.
Every effort has been taken to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable one. If you have cause for complaint it is essential that you contact the proprietor immediately so that it can be speedily resolved.
No Pets are allowed.
you agree to keep the accommodation clean and tidy and leave the accommodation in a similar condition.
Any damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings must be reported to the proprietor who may request payment to cover the cost of repair or replacement along with any additional costs that may result.
The number of persons occupying the property may not exceed the max. Number stated in the brochure. If it does, the proprietor has the right to refuse entry to the accommodation or can repossess it.
You must allow the proprietor access at any reasonable time during your stay.
If for any reason beyond the proprietor’s control, that the accommodation is not available on the date booked, all money paid in advance will be refunded in full. The hirer will have no further claims against the proprietor. When booking at the OAP’s rate you may be asked to provide evidence on arrival, in the form of a pension book or other appropriate documentation.
